- Buy Teth Juice from Tethana Captain for 250Teth Tokens.
- Buy Spirit Juice from Quorin for 5 Encapsulated Apparitions.
- Buy Ascension Juice from Silas Silvermane for 250 Ascension Coins.
- Buy Wealth Juice from Thalvik the Barkeeper for 8,000 Trade Note (250,000).
- Combine all juices to make Sludge
- Give Sludge to Millicent Nightbane for one of the following (Random)
- +1 Damage Rating
- +1 Healing affects (Purity)
- +1 Damage Reduction Rating
- +1 Dritical Damage Rating
- +1 Damage Reduction Rating
- +1 Aura of the World
This is the same as buying one at your current level, so if you get Aura of the World, and it cost you 250mil, you basically got a free 250mil lum.
