Use to open a door (lockpick resistance 583) in the [[Sylsfear Dungeon]] that leads to the area with the [[Laboratory Supply Chest]]. To access the area of the Alfreth Dungeon where the Banderling Captain is found you need lockpick skill or [[Zalphoos' Key]].
* 2nd version: Dropped by the [[Trusted Tusker]] in the [[Sylsfear Dungeon]], in the Shadow/Undead area. Used to open the door that may lock behind you when you enter said area.
