Casts the following spells: Finesse, Far Sight Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 75 Spellcraft: 200 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

• In the Noble Sacrifice event, the spells on the necklace were fixed to account for the Master of Arms skill changes.
