Walk Through

Travel to Yanshi and go to the Antius Blackmoor Memorial at 12.4S 42.3E.
Use the Pedestal Weak Spot on the west side of the statue's base to reveal a passage leading down.
Go inside and use the Bier of Antius Blackmoor.
