Walk Through

1. Speak to Tibik in Kor-Gursha
2. Take the Eastern Catacombs portal and take the Northwest tunnel, you'll come to a large room and the portal to Swamp Cavern is on the south side.
3. The dungeon is full of Putrid Moar, good for the Putrid Moar Kill Task.
4. Spiketooth is a random, very rare, spawn.
5. Kill him, and bring his head, Spiketooth's Head to Tibik for xps and a title.
