Whispering Blade Chapterhouse has been updated to no flagging needed. There is a Pilar in haven that you can use to get here or buy a Scroll of Whispering Blade Chapterhouse Recall from Silas Silvermane in Ascension Fortress. this has new portals making this a level 250-300 hub. The Chapterhouse quests areas still in tacked and can be done for titles and fun.
