You must currently have access to Freebooter Keep Black Market and have access to Freebooter Isle. You must be a Lord in your society to start this quest.

Walk Through

1. Speak to Bayani at the Freebooter Keep Black Market.
   • Note: Also speak to Kagami to flag for the Nyr'leha Moarsman Kill Task. Note that you must be a Master in your society to do so.
2. Kill 20 Sclavus on Moarsman City or Freebooter Isle.
3. Speak to Bayani again for rewards.
